Our Work
- We evaluated the audience perception of an acquisition target for a medium sized US Media Company. Found that the price premium was not sustainable and identified and closed on another target contributing to a $92,250 USD reduction in the acquisition price while creating an opportunity to foster a 91.5% larger community.

2. From our experience, without our evolving due diligence process and asset purchase agreements, it takes an average of four acquisition attempts to close on one off-market deal that would meet our due diligence requirements. Please keep in mind that the first target in the pipeline of potential acquisition targets may not be the media channel you close on – It is not uncommon for it to take 4-6 weeks or have targets not make it pass due diligence before eventually going from letter of intent to close.
 
Once a acquisition opportunity is identified and the seller has signed the letter of intent indicating they have everything required to fully transfer ownership of the media channel, a deposit of the success fee is required as an indication of your interests in purchasing – which acts as an indicator for Viral Instas to enter into a Sales agreement with the seller and fund the entirety of the payment. In the unfortunate event of an issue arising re. transferring ownership from the seller to Viral Instas to intern transfer to you, your payment would be refunded in full – before Viral Instas funds are recovered.
 
To keep sales within Viral Instas, usernames are kept private. After checking out via the ”Pay order fee now and balance later” option you would be allowed to request the media brand's username(s) prior to paying your balance. Change of minds re. acquiring – after your payment has been made – will result in forfeiture of the deposit. We understand that this is a compromise. However, as the strategic rationale of the acquisition of sourced deals are based on the audience demographics and quality of same, we provide industry-standard, in-depth audience analytics to assist with the decision making process.
 
We will be happy to facilitate your need to view the media channel prior to purchasing by providing as much documentation as possible of recent content, old content, or of whatever you intend to view the media brand to verify less its username.

*All Viral Instas' brands built on Instagram are manually scaled over extended periods of time by growth managers with subject matter expertise in a handful of verticals, with the utmost focus on meeting specific engagement targets. Such focus naturally restricts the volume of media channels. Consequently, from time to time the availability of certain verticals may be limited – it is not uncommon to wait six months to upwards of a year for a media band to become available within your industry.
