The use of services provided by viralinstas.com and or management.viralinstas.com (hereinafter collectively referred to as viralinstas.com) establishes an agreement to these terms. By registering or using our services to buy an Instagram account or Instagram account management you agree that you have read and fully understood the following Terms of Service. Viralinstas.com will not be held liable for loss in any way if you have not read these terms.
1. Viralinstas.com reserves the right to change these terms (in whole or in part) at its sole discretion with or without notice to you. You are expected to read all terms before placing an order. This is to ensure you are up to date with any future changes.
2. You will only use viralinstas.com in a manner which follows all our agreements. Furthermore Instagram’s agreements on their individual Terms of Service page.
3. Viralinstas.com rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The refund policy stays in effect in the case of rate changes.
4. Due to change of niche, quality of posts, hashtags used, frequency of posts, changes in Instagram’s algorithm etc. viralinstas.com does not guarantee the same results, engagement or growth as this is unpredictable. We offer our best estimation of engagement that’ll take place if; The account remains in the same niche. The new posts are of relatively similar to the previous content. Posts are of good quality. Also, the methods we’ve given you to help you continue growing the account are used. Etc. This is only an estimation and viralinstas.com will not refund orders for the aforementioned reasons.
5. Viralinstas.com tries hard to prevent against fraud. In this case, we reserve the right to refund or deny an order if an order appears to be suspicious or of high risk. This information would be according to our credit card fraud prevention tool of use, Fraudlabspro.
6. You agree to use viralinstas.com at your own risk. To the extent permitted by applicable law, viralinstas.com will not be liable for any damages, loss, any error in judgment, fulfilling any claims/ promises made by any seller either before or after your purchase, act taken or not taken, for any mistake of fact or anything that occurs after the transaction is completed whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, relating to your use of the site or the services or your inability to use the site or services.
7. A 5 day grace period is given to resolve/compensate viralinstas.com for any attempts of defrauding the site by means of a chargeback, false claim, dispute, etc. After said period Viralinstas.com reserves the right to take legal action against these attempts.
Unauthorized access to or use of Viralinstas.com or it’s Content is a breach of these Terms and may be a violation of law. Unless permitted, no information, or other content contained in or distributed through Viralinstas.com may be reproduced in any form without the prior written consent.
Legal Relationship Between Buyers
When a Buyer agrees to purchase a digital product(s) from viralintsas.com, that agreement of sale of the digital product(s) will be legally binding. An offer to purchase a digital product is binding and irrevocable to the Buyer. The Buyer’s offer to purchase a Digital Asset will not become binding until it is accepted.
1. Re. The sale of Instagram accounts by viralinstas.com
The buyer has 24 hours to test the accounts engagement with a few high-quality posts relatively similar to the previous content along with using all the methods provided upon purchase. If the account isn’t damaged, the account is refundable. In the event of a return, a 25% restocking fee would be charged (If the account is returned beyond the 24-hour limit or is damaged in the form of loss of followers etc. an additional 25% restocking fee would be charged totaling to a 50% restocking fee. If an account has undergone a niche change it is non refundable however in rare cases Viral Instas may offer a 50% to 75% return on the purchase price at its discretion). This does not apply to accounts that are not private and have their usernames clearly displayed on the product page as the buyer has all the required information before purchasing the account.
You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a chargeback against us for any reason. If you file a chargeback against us after a payment, we reserve the right to terminate all of your current and future orders.
We also reserve the right to take away any accounts we delivered to you and or shadow ban your account if a chargeback is filed. (This ban prevents your content from being shown to your audience and on any hashtags used, it will be visible on the hashtag to you but not to the public hence the name “shadow” ban, this intern makes the account inactive. Our ability to shadowban the account in events like this is made possible via a member of our team employed at Instagram and or our close connection to multiple employees at Instagram. The ban is also transferred to any other account logged into the same device which the shadowbanned account has logged into).
In the event of a false unauthorised transaction chargeback claim being made on the purchase, you agree to allow viralinstas.com to use the information collected regarding your purchase by our chargeback and fraud prevention tool of use: Fraud labs Pro in any dispute that may arise to prove that your claim is not legitimate and that the transaction was not fraudulent if it was not a legitimate unauthorised transaction. You also agree to allow us to use your card on file to reimburse any fees involved. However, fraudulent activity such as using unauthorised or stolen credit cards will lead to account closure. There are no exceptions.
Viralinstas.com makes no warranty with regard to the underlying transaction, that the services will meet your requirements, or that the services will be timely or error-free.
2. Re. Account management services by management.viralinstas.com (a brand of Viral Instas) hereinafter referred to as VI Management.
After hundreds of satisfied clients, there is little doubt that the methods and strategies we use to grow Instagram accounts work. Results speak for themselves. Various aspects, for example, the quality and relevance of the content and captions shared to your account are both very important aspects that can greatly affect the results of our services. We, therefore, do not offer guaranteed results.
Requests for refunds are reviewed on a case by case basis. The refund policy does not serve as a guarantee of a refund. Multiple factors are taken into consideration which include (but are not limited to) the amount of account management provided, amount of followers received, contract period, plan type, prior experience with the service, target audience as defined by you the client, if any activities were performed by you the client which would’ve obstructed the service, e.g unfollowing the users followed under the management service, etc.
Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of VI Management. Refunds are not provided if the service was delivered as stated. Should a refund be provided at the discretion of VI Management, a partial refund would only be offered in accordance with the amount of time remaining on the plan, impressions received, followers received and or engagement received.
Refunds due to the service not being as expected
Should a refund be requested based on inappropriate liking/ following, slow growth, irrelevant followers and or engagement or on the basis that the service is not as expected. While VI Management aims to provide exceptional service, VI Management is under no obligation to fulfill said requests for these reasons. Should a refund be provided at the discretion of VI Management, a partial refund would only be offered in accordance with the amount of time remaining on the plan, impressions received, followers received and or engagement received.
The Customer not being aware of a recurring subscription
Generally, it is the responsibility of the Customer to understand the nature of their Billing Agreement, which is clearly mentioned on the product page of the plan being purchased, as well as during the checkout process. VI Management is under no obligation to fulfill said requests for these reasons. Should a refund be provided at the discretion of VI Management, a partial refund would only be offered in accordance with the amount of time remaining on the plan, impressions received, followers received and or engagement received.
Refunds due to an Untimely Cancellation
Should the customer decide to cancel the billing agreement with VI Management outside of a reasonable timeframe as determined by VI Management, VI Management is under no obligation to fulfill said requests. Should a refund be provided at the discretion of VI Management, a partial refund would only be offered in accordance with the amount of time remaining on the plan, impressions received, followers received and or engagement received.
Refunds due to Duplicate Payments
Should the customer enter an additional billing agreement with VI Management that renders the first obsolete, VI Management will always issue a refund within a reasonable timeframe.
VI Management makes no warranty with regard to the underlying transaction, that the services will meet your requirements, or that the services will be timely or error-free.
This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Any personal information received by viralinstas.com will only be used to fill your order. Or as evidence in the event of a false unauthorized transaction claim. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone. All information is encrypted and saved in secure servers.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

Blog posts on viralinstas.com may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
Viralinstas.com uses Google analytics and Facebook pixel tracking to collect analytics data to better optimize your experience with the site.
What we collect and store

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on viralinstas.com, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on viralinstas.com or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
